Do you ever make dinner and then totally lose your appetite for it, or find that it tastes disgusting to you? Sounds weird but this happens to me frequently and it happened again tonight. Could this be one of the reasons that I don't enjoy cooking? Yes, I think so!
Tonight I made shepherds pie (not the most tasty meal to begin with), and it turned out okay. I didn't ruin it, but it was kind of way too juicy and the cheese tasted nasty to me. So after a couple of bites, mainly eating the green beans (trying to get my veggies!), I decided to eat this for dinner instead
popcorn and milk duds, a perfect combination
and it tasted much better!
Hopefully P is in the mood for shepherd's pie when he gets home cause there's a whole pan of it just waiting for him!
And now I'm off to do a sink full of these
another reason why I just don't love cooking.

That popcorn and milk duds is the best Wall family secret EVER!! That is one of mine and Adams favorite treats thanks to Aunt Jodi!!!
haha nice dinner! :) I've never liked shepards pie but decided I should make it once, it wasn't good.
I know EXACTLY what you mean! Just last night we had stir-fry for dinner (and it's one we've had before, and both of us love it) but for some reason it tasted really off to me and I took a few bites and ended up eating ice cream instead! If this is what I'm like normally i can't even imagine what the dreaded pregnancy hormones will do to me!! lol!
