It was Labor Day Weekend

We had a great Labor Day Weekend with family.  Saturday we headed up to Park City to ride the alpine coaster and zip line.  I love Park City in the summertime, the weather and scenery are so beautiful there.  We've never done the zip line before; it was fun but goes by way too fast (for how long you have to wait in line and for how much you pay). We went with my parents and cousin Ty.  It was so fun to have Ty there with us because it has been a while since we've seen each other- he's be in Bulgaria and Europe for the past month.

Here we are on our way up the alpine coaster.  I'm not sure why P is doing ninja poses?
On our way down, so fun, I love the coaster, if you haven't tried it you should!

On Sunday we went to church with Momma Phyllis and spent the rest of the day with her.  We had a delicious dinner, she's such a good cook, I learn a lot just watching her.  In between making dinner P wanted me to quiz him on some math and case interview problems (he's preparing for a really intense interview next week).  His mom wanted to get in on the action too, so for about an hour I asked them hard math questions, they used their head to answer them and I used a calculator to make sure that they got the correct answers.  I wish I had their smart Asian brains, they can figure out math problems (hard ones!) in their head and they have the answer before I can even type it into the calculator!! This photo below just makes me laugh...they're both concentrating so hard.

On Monday we headed to the lake for a bit.  It was a little chilly and overcast so not the best day, but it was great being with family.

Bloopers and other random pics that make me laugh.
Two of my favorite pics of the day..
this handsome boy that I'm so lucky to call mine

and this beautiful lake surrounded by mountains (Pineview Reservoir)

Later that night we had a BBQ with Nana & Papa. It was such a fun weekend, I love spending time with family, it is the best! I'm trying to spend as much time with them as I can since we most likely will be moving out of state in a few months, sad but exciting.
