crazy eyes, I tried to fix them, but it only looked worse.
Legion of Honor
The party was awesome though, lots of delicious food, a fun atmosphere, cool artwork to look at, and great company. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was also fun for me to meet P's coworkers who I have heard so much about. And we met a couple on the bus, who just happened to be from Utah and LDS. It was so random and so fun to meet them, we talked to them for 2 hours on the way up and then we both caught the same shuttle back home so we spent another 40 minutes getting to know them. They are great people.
Next was the ward party. We were asked to help prepare the food for the ward party so we went to the church early to help. We worked alongside some fun people and it was nice to be able to serve. They had the man, who created Smugmug, there to take our picture so that was nice!
We also had a white elephant party with our good friends out here. It was a blast. We feel so blessed to have met a some couples out here who are just like us- working, no kids yet. All 3 of the couples, who we regularly hang out with, are in our ward and we try to get together at least once a week. We've also made friends wtih people who have kids :) and we love them too!
The Dale's, the Loosli's, us, and the Koide's
We all got together one night to make gingerbread houses.
